Carolynn Waites enjoys the opportunity to learn and discover new things about the world in which we live. Along with freelance writing, Carolynn works in a library and enjoys animals, reading books, gardening, and crafting. She volunteers at a local zoo where she works as a keeper aide. This is one way she feeds her passion for animals. She is a licensed airplane pilot and strongly believes in the power and importance of education. Carolynn and her husband Shawn currently have one cat (Sami) and one dog (Rocky). They live in Manvel, TX just outside of Houston.
